The first neighborhood in Cape Coral was developed in the 1960′s and offers boat launching, yacht club with olympic size pool, marina and a fishing pier. The area is a mix of original Florida Homes and upscale luxury homes. In recent years many of the homes have been bought and either renovated or torn down with new custom homes built.
The location makes boating some of the finest in Southwest Florida, as most of the area features deep water direct access to the gulf of Mexico.
Come out the 1st Wednesday of each month and enjoy the entertainment, have a light bite to eat and even a beer or glass of wine at the outdoor waterside restaurant.
Located in Southeast Cape Coral and is boundered by Cape Coral Pkwy to the North, The Caloosahatchee River on the East and South sides, and the Binini Canal to the West.
