Sandoval a 524-acre gated community is one of my favorite developments in Cape Coral. Sandoval was developed by the Bonia Bay Group and features 20 lakes, wonderful landscaping, a two-mile linear park through the middle of the development. If you are a dog lover you and your pet will enjoy Barkley Park.
Also included a 5,319-square foot community center with a fitness center, meeting room and a kitchen to cater your parties in. Tennis, bocce, volleyball, a Calypso Park with a fishing pier, grills and covered picnic area.
