Cape Coral offers many gated communities throughout the city. In the beginning Cape Coral was subdivided into single family homesites but in recent years Gated Communities have been built in all corners of the cape. With the opening of Veterans Parkway in the late 90′s more communities were developed due to the access enabled by Veterans Pkwy.

The first gated community when you turn onto the Del Prado Extension from US 41. This private community of upscale lakefront condominiuums are access via a cobblestone bridge entrance.
Bella Vida

Coral Lakes

Celebration Cape
Features single family homes in the Key West Style the home sites allow for larger garages unusual for the Cape.
